Cassette Books - Types

Cassette books are manufactured in semi rigid plastic, in either black or white and are available to hold 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 12 or 16 tapes in varying sizes depending on the quantity of tapes. As you would expect the books to hold a small quantity of tapes are physically small in all sizes than those which hold more tapes.

All the cassette books have an external clear plastic pocket, open at the top. This sleeve allows paper 'artwork' to be added for branding or identification of different sets and the size of this art work will obviously need to be smaller for the small books and larger for the large books.

However there are also 3 models which offer a fixed size (and price) for different numbers of cassettes.

• The standard book can hold 3, 4, 6 or 8 cassettes;
• The Model D can hold 1, 2, 3 or 4 cassettes;
• The Model E can hold 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 cassettes;

These options are particularly useful if a number of different sets are to be produced with different amounts of cassettes in each as they are all the same size and all accept the same size artwork.

The Model E also has the benefit of accepting true A4 artwork so no cutting or resizing is required.

In the stock codes, question marks (?) and hash marks (#) indicate where these options are to be specified (i.e. CAS-0#UP-??-E might become CAS-06UP-WH-E). All dimensions are width by height by depth and are for book closed. All measurements are approximate and are for guidance only.
