What it is all about

Song Pro helps the leader to plan and prepare a service by providing many useful functions such as a quick search facility, filtering of songs by category, author and key, sorting by title, category etc. Font style, size and colour, background colour or background picture may be selected for each song/liturgy/Bible verse. Even a video can be used as background! (with appropriate hardware). The planned list may then be printed out for musicians, leaders, etc. or even emailed directly to them. New songs/liturgy/PowerPoint shows can be added easily, and be available immediately, all without the need for photocopies, acetates, inserts or page re-numbering.

Songs often comprise verses and a chorus and Song Pro uses a display order to show up to seven verses, a chorus, a bridge and an ending. The song selected is displayed full screen, then simply by pressing “Enter” on the keyboard, the next verse appears. If there is a last minute change of plan then any song can be found quickly using the search options.

All songs sung are automatically registered, and when CCL registration is due a reminder will prompt the user and a report may be generated.
